Enrique Carrillo

Managing Director

I started my tourism career in 1990 in the operational area of a water sports center in Cancun and everything I learned in the first phase of three years was of great help to the next stage of my life.

In 1993 I started to work on an important DMC in Cancun in the operation and logistic area, for the next five years and after having acquired great experience, I ended this cycle and began in another prominent DMC as Director of Operations, working in airport logistics, operation of tours, activities, dine around, special events among others. All these years of experience were fundamental to get a deep knowledge of Cancun and Riviera Maya and of course the M&I industry.

In 2005 and for 10 years I was part of a DMC as Sales and Operations Director, in addition to all those activities and others responsibilities, such as having in charge the management of an office, gave me another perspective and complemented my career in this industry.

Now with more than 27 years of experience in the hospitality industry I know and understand the importance of delivering high quality services, to not only meet, but exceed expectations, with a strong focus on Customer Service, Sales and Operations, 2015 was a decisive year to become independent and fulfill my vision of founding EMOTIONS DMC in Cancun and Riviera Maya.

As Owner and Managing Director of Emotions DMC, I am using all my expertise and remain extremely hands-on in daily operation, working very close to all our team to achieve the utmost level of service.
